TSP CNC Head Insert 2024+ KTM/Husky/GasGas 300cc XC-W, TE, EC TBI Models

This TSP head insert features an improved combustion chamber design that gives more performance throughout the rev range as well as reduced risk of detonation. This insert will fit 2024+ KTM, Husky and Gas Gas 300cc TBI models XC-W, TE and EC with the stock head or upgraded TSP billet head.

This CNC machined TSP head insert fits KTM/Husky/Gas Gas 300 TBI Models 2024-on.

The models include:

• KTM 300 XC-W 2024-on
• Husky TE 300 2024-on
• Gas Gas EC 300 2024-on

You will receive one (1) cylinder head insert for your make/model, and a cylinder head o-ring and washer kit so you can bolt it straight on.

The TSP insert can be used in conjunction with the TSP Cap as a complete head, or you can use this insert inside your stock cap.

• Drastically improved throttle response in the whole RPM range
• Smoother throttle response
• Much better part throttle power
• Much more enjoyable to ride

TSP Insert options are as follows:

• MEDIUM COMP this insert suits the majority of trail riders and hard enduro racers who want better bottom and mid power and a small gain up top as well. The power delivery is much stronger and more tractable than stock but still super smooth and suits a wide range of riding conditions. Works with 91 octane fuel.
• HIGH COMP this insert suits riders who want harder hitting power everywhere, especially down low. It completely transforms the TBI into a trail weapon. This insert may push the limits of normal 91 octane pump fuel at sea level under certain extreme conditions, but it can be used in normal trail riding conditions safely in order to achieve maximum bottom/mid performance. This insert can be used at elevations above 3,500 to approximately replicate a medium compression insert at sea level.

TSP heads/inserts work very well when used together with anECU reflashcompleting the package, and it is highly recommended doing an ECU tune at the same time to get the best results.
