Returns

If an incorrect or defective item is received, please contact us as
soon as possible throughMX Lockermessages so that we can resolve the issue. PLEASE do not start an MX Locker Case before giving us a chance to resolve the issue.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or the equivalent of shipping/fees if that amount exceeds 20%.

The buyer will pay a restocking fee in the case of:

• Buyer not seeing damage clearly shown and stated in the listing
• Buyer ordering by mistake
