X24 tech is the answer to the wear and tear that destroys most rack and pinions. To make RackBoss 2.0 the best rack and pinion, we use durable PTFE bushings at both ends that eliminate play from the internal gears and tension spring. Altogether, X24 tech reduces wear by over 50%. We also include a built-in grease fitting so you can keep everything well lubricated. Better lubrication + X24 tech = an unkillable rack and pinion.

Solid Steel Bar Z-Bend Tie Rods

Our heavy-duty tie rods are built to take a beating. Theyre made from a full 1 diameter solid steel bar. The heim joints are pretty hardcore too, with 16 mm rack threads and 3/4 rod threads. These tie rods are also built with a special Z-bend design thats stronger and more reliable. The bends are reinforced with custom gussets for superior durability and performance. With tie rods like these, youll be able to take on the roughest trails without hesitation.
