DESCRIPTION:

This is a used 89mm cylinder and piston from a 2003 KTM 450 EXC. This will fit all 520cc or 525cc RFS 4-Stroke KTM’s in any model from 2000-2007 if you want to convert to 450cc. This will fit 2003-2007 RFS KTM 450cc in MXC, EXC, and XCW. This does not fit 450 SX or XC without a crankshaft change. Please feel free to message me to verify fit for your bike, I’m happy to help.

Condition – This came from a running bike, video of it running. This piston and ring set has wear. The cylinder has wear too, especially at the top of the ring travel, it has a ridge you can feel. This will run, but if you’re trying to trying to build a fresh engine, I wouldn’t suggest this (unless you’re having it plated). I don’t know how many hours/miles on this bike. Please review the pics and assess the condition for yourself as well, see in pics.
